KHSEM boosts trust in its points system: “No more duplicate credits or display inconsistencies”

Haiku platform KHSEM has overhauled its points system. The company said on the 19th that it has improved the service so that even if users tap a button multiple times or lose connection, points won’t be credited twice—and balances now appear the same wherever they’re viewed, on app or web.

KHSEM says the upgrade focused on two goals: fairness and consistency. On the fairness side, duplicate credits for the same action are prevented at the source. For example, even if “daily check-in” is attempted multiple times, only one credit per day is actually counted. On the consistency side, the calculation method used across the points history, top panel, and “My Page” has been unified so that the same balance is shown everywhere.

Privacy and security have also been strengthened. “Login sessions and data transmission are protected, and every points change is recorded with its reason and time, so users can review their history at any time,” the company explained. Administrator adjustments are also logged to increase transparency.

What users will notice:

A KHSEM spokesperson commented, “Security and trust are fundamentals. We’ll keep monitoring and improving so creators and organizations can participate with confidence.” HKDI added it will roll out convenience features such as daily accrual alerts and enhanced detection of abnormal activity based on user feedback.
